Is my iDrive smoked?

It's frozen on this screen, turned car off/on a few times and didn't change anything. Doesn't even allow me to change radio station. Is there a way to reboot?

Yeah you can reset iDrive. Try holding both the CD and DVD eject buttons, while simultaneously pushing in the volume knob.
