Have you checked with the dealer? Mine did the whole thing, parts and labor, including re-program, for $400. At $299 for the alarm, and $100 for the re-program, the install was basically free.

OK, so for $69 they'll install everything for you, and it's their problem if there are any problems during the program. My car went through 2 TCU's.

alarm installu i
guaranteed you can drive the car after you install the alarm. The alarm will NOT work until they do the programming however. It is the simplest of installs. I did myh own install and when the alarm siren failed they replaced it under warranty.

Installed my alarm this weekend. It was extremely easy, it took about 30 mins to do. The siren was the part that was the longest and hardest to install between the 3 parts. Now I just need to get the car programmed, at least the clown nose blinks
