Upgrading existing xenon bulbs and HID fogs........Where to buy?

I was wandering if anyone has upgraded their xenon bulbs (D1S) and HID fogs already......I'm thinking about going 8000k, but don't really know where the best place and the best brand to get them from? Any suggestions?

I looked at Bimmian and Creative Autoworks, but don't know which one to go with, I was leaning more towards Bimmian though........Please help!!
