Oil Filter Housing Gasket (OFHG). Its covered under CPO, usually what happens is the oil leak will also kill your water pump and u get both done for the $50 deductible. While they have it apart... Make sure they also check your valve cover gasket for leaks.

You remove three bolts, switch the gasket out, then put the three bolts back in. Your car is much easier than a 335 to do this on.

I believe its also recommended to do a coolant flush and an oil change at the same time because of cross contamination or chunks of gasket in the system.

On my 335 i hear it should be a 2 hour job @ indy mechanic rates.

thee325i. You need to do this right away and you need to replace your serpentine belt. The oil has been leaking on it for a while and it looks like it is about to come apart in the picture. You don't want that happening. It can damage a lot of stuff if it breaks while the engine is running.

Simple fix. Not as bad as it looks. and as others stated after its cleaned up and fixed get a new serp belt since it looks like quite a bit has dripped on it.
