I don't know. It looks more like something Japanese to me -- maybe Infiniti -- or maybe a Buick Regal??? The kidneys and roundel are BMW, but I'm not sure the rest of the car is a BMW. I guess there are aftermarket headlights that look like that and that fit some BMW.
The thing is I don't see the point of distorting a car so much it doesn't resemble any specific car, let alone the car it actually is. I would think for the same money one could have one's own car made and put one's own nameplate on it. All the best.

Judging by the body lines, the hood, and the headlights, this looks like an older Infiniti M35.

i didnt think you would browse SN, i stopped when they featured to many body kit cars. now they post hondas with bmw front ends. i will bookmark asap.

Its a Nissan Fuga or better known in the US as the Infiniti M. It actually looks a bit like either the 3 or 5 series sketch/concept pictures. Still ugly though.

IMO, a nice looking aberration is still better than a hideous one. Also, it's clear that the owner just liked the look of BMW's front grill/bumper more so than his/her actually wanting a BMW. I say that because an Infinit M car is comparably priced to several BMWs. Plus all the stuff he's done to the car isn't cheap and does look pretty well executed even if the overall result is just unattractive. It's pretty clear he specifically wanted the look he achieved.
