I have it done. Did it myself in about an hour. Front dome is a PITA to remove. I got the kit from Sonic Tuning. Probably not the brightest, but I'm happy with it, and definitely worth the price.

The HPB kit was voted best led interior kit a few times over now.

I have a pretty badass somewhat-custom set from highPerformanceBulbs (sold through TopGearSolutions here). If you look at my thread history, you'll see reviews for it.

I've got custom-designed map lights that Fred hooked me up with. Look like little L-brackets, so the 100% of the LEDs have direct line of sight out the map light hole...things. Not *sure* if those ever officially hit the market.

I've got the 24-LED custom dome lights, and those are pretty sweet. Those are offered for sale

The footwell, trunk, and under-door lights are also 18-24ish LED modules, and those are awesome. Those are offered for sale.

The 24-LED dome light modules aren't as bright as the standard fare (OFFERED IN THE KIT IN 2012!), but the output is VERY smooth.

The directional map lights have been standard on our original kit after you tested them out way back when.

The 12 LED panel is available as well as the 24 LED module still.

We recently added a stock brightness/ OEM factory look kit recently. It was designed for people on a budget who simply wanted white led replacements but didn't care for maximum brightness.

We do our best to accommodate all our customers needs/wants out of the interior kit.

I believe you have a few extra that are still available upon special request which included upgraded footwell, trunk and under door light modules. Those use to be on our "ultimate" kit but people were so price sensitive to the extra cost we removed it as an option.

However if anyone needs it we would be glad to accommodate them.

Ah that's right--I just looked at the thread pics and it looks like the kit has changed significantly from when I started (glad to see that!)

Just as a testament to this kit's quality--I purchased my initial kit in the Spring of 2011. It is now almost 2014, and the kit still works just as well as the day I installed it in my car. Mind you, there were bulbs upgraded to modules a few months in, but those modules have held up incredibly well. My buddy with an E60 that did a similar "overkill" build is also having great success with his LED kit.
