If you've driven on it a decent amount, I'd be more concerned about the drivetrain. The xDrive setup is only made to tolerate a certain amount of variation in the diameter of the wheels/tires. Though as long as it isn't making any funny noises, you might be okay.
At the end of the day, it'd be best for you to have it looked at by your dealership or an indy shop if possible.

I doubt you would have rolled on it for a few days without noticing or without someone else on the road noticing and brining it to your attention I always alert fellow drivers on the road if I see they have a flat tyre. I would like to think that others would do the same for me

can I let the car sit on the flat tire for another 24 hours wihout futher damaging it ? I really can't fill air in the tire.
Judging by the sidewall look, does it look damaged ? |

Too hard to tell, there are way too many gaps and shadows playing tricks on the eyes.
I would say if you drove on it any significant distance that the tire would likely be done. They are not designed for thousands of pounds of force per square inch digging into the tire inbetween the rim and the road. If you have another set of rims, throw one of those on there and drive slowly and carefully to a shop. If not, I'd consider getting it towed. |

So you have non-runflats and no back-up plan? If you've been driving on a tire that flat for days, the sidewall and rim may be damaged. No flat tire warning? Change it now, don't drive more.

Yes, tires naturally lose pressure over time as the air diffuses through the tire. Its very very slow but that coupled with a small crack in the wheel or a small nail in your tire plus the colder weather could all contribute to the tires losing a little pressure.
