F31 folding head rests

Are these worthwhile or not?Apart from the visibility do they mean when you fold the back seats down you don't have to remove them ?

Just ordered my 325d and not sure whether to add them or not....hmmm

Garage List
I have the folding headrests and no you don't have to remove them when folding the rear seats down because of this. I have a couple of dogs so the extra visibility is useful especially if you have tinted windows. I can't remember the cost or what package it came in but no regrets on this option.

Remember the middle seat head rest folds as standard, which for me was enough for visibility.

I have them, I would order them again, they are included as part of the Interior comfort package which is £180.00

Absolutely I have them and love them. When my kids pop them up it makes me realise how restrictive the view actually is.

On the saloon I tested I thought the (non-folded) headrests were very restrictive of the rear view

Would the folding headrests be simple to retrofit?

You don't need them , you can see well with the standard centre headrest down but as defero says, they come with the interior comfort pack which also has seat back nets, a storage box by your front knee and a couple of other nick nacks.

Or forget it and buy 20 bottles of wine. Think I prefer the wine....

As well as the folding rear headrest, the extra's included in the Comfort Pack are definetly worth going for on the F31. As well as the seat nets and storage box, it includes a device to divide up the load floor so your bags don't go flying during spirited cornering .
