San Felipe is pretty twisty, but short. It's perfect for beginners/novices like me. I've driven this road on several occaisions -- it's scenic and light on the traffic.

I think there's some confusion out there on usage of the term "South Bay." The South Bay where I am from refers to cities near LAX airport such as Redondo Beach, Torrance, etc. I've heard the term "Bay area" which refers to San Francisco but I thought there was only one South Bay!
