So I'm getting a new front end now??

My father-in-law hit me. I said it, you read it right. On Thanksgiving. It was my fault. I parked behind him knowing his car was on. I thought he was warming it up before leaving town. It was in his driveway which slopes down. There was no damage at all to the Ram, I was not so lucky. I can still hear the sound as I am stepping out of the car.

I haven't taken it to the shop yet but I'm assuming its a total replacement job. Is this the opportunity to mod a little? Absolutely.

New bumper, hood, grill thingies.

I'm looking for suggestions and comments, brands and companies in particular. I will end up changing rear bumper to match front. And I know I need wheels but that'll have to be next year.

If your paying for it look for M tech. It's the non-oem version. Same thing, different names.

Where's the best place to order m sport/tech bumper. Anyone do a carbon fiber hood? I'm looking at Seibon.

My neck has been bothering me a bit lately.

The only damage on the bumper is up top. If go m tech, will I have to change out fog lights and mounts, etc?

So wtf happened? I can gather that your car got reversed in to but how? Was he sitting in the car just about to set off as you turned up behind him?

They were about to set off on road trip and I was picking up something before they left. I pulled in behind what I thought was an empty idling truck warming up. Father in law was actually in it and about to run errand before leaving town. I pulled up, turned off car and started to get out when he put his truck in reverse and came at me. I didn't have time to react and got crunched. His is a ram pickup and I was behind him on declined driveway. He couldn't have seen me. I shouldn't have pulled in behind a running truck.

He's covering it. I've offered to split his deductible since I pulled up behind him.

So options for bumper are m tech or m3, both from JG Mods. M tech has a bunch of extra items needed for install. M3 bumper doesn't list any addition parts. Anyone have any experience with these?
