Which Vinyl Best Matches BMW Performance CF?

Which brand / model film best matches the carbon fiber weave look and pattern of genuine BMW Performance parts? I noticed some of the interior vinlys I've seen don't have that same glossy finish as BMW Performance parts.

There is no vinyl that gives off the same glossy look.

Not sure about that comment. Maybe there's nothing exact but there has to be something close. The mirror cap here looks pretty glossy although the weave is off.

I promise you there is no CF vinyl that looks that glossy unless you have it dipped. In that case you're still paying $700+.

If it existed don't you think everyone would have it? I know I sure would.

I don't need promises nor blanket statements. To your point if I knew with certainty I wouldn't have created this thread. I'm not in the business nor "in the know" of vinyl and film wrapping affairs so I have no clue as to whether or not everyone has it.

But I do appreciate the 2nd link you posted so thank you. I remember seeing hydrodipping on TV and recall the price being somewhat reasonable, going to reach out to some local places to get quotes.

No need to take offense, I didn't mean to come off rash. I know the visual mods on this car quite well. More importantly having wrapped multiple interior trims, and going through about 10-15 different carbon fiber vinyls, I know that there isn't a simple vinyl out there to give you that look.

None taken whatsoever. I appreciate you helping me avoid the same trial and error process you went through. The fact it took you 10-15 tries is where I'm coming from -- one would think there's something out there. I've seen wrap jobs online that looked pretty damn close (and even advertised as being a near match) which is why I posted here.

I've reached out to two local shops who specialize in hydro dipping and am waiting for a quote. I just hope the final product is better than tacky faux CF stick-on dash pieces from eBay.

Have you look into the Vivid8 4D CF vinyl?
