I assume this means we will see which configurations and packages are possible along with the MSRP. Yes? If so, this is very good news.

Thank god. My car has been sitting in a locked 112 status for far too long - this will get the blood flowing again.

Jason,

Will the ED invoice pricing come out with the US ordering guide? I'm planning on doing ED and the price needs to be negotiated when I put my order in

Thanks

Typically that price will be 7-8% off whatever the sticker shows.

If you aren't actually going to do ED, then you will want the "VIR" price--which is in the 7-8% off sticker I just referenced.

This is how it has worked with David Aviles anyway...

Volume incentive rebate? That's a retail term. Doesn't make a lot of sense here though.

I'm pretty sure you can negotiate the ED price more than 8% off, but I may be mistaken.

Either way, I would like to know the ED invoice pricing for good measure

I'm interested in the most effective points from which to negotiate and how to determine your walkaway figure. I have no problem walking away but the pricing always seems constructed to confuse. Is there any sort of formula people use to get to a fair figure? I am fine with the salesperson getting something reasonable.

It's best to see what the invoice pricing is, whether ED or retail and work from there.

Typically people who know the invoice just ask for $500-$1k over invoice.

Not sure about BMW, but "invoice" is typically far above actual dealer cost, so keep that in mind.
