First 430D Delivered from my Dealer in Sussex, I will try and get home early so I can get some pictures up.
I was pleasantly surprised they increased the offer for the PX as well only 300 but it nearly covers the 425 service pack I just added to my order. The performance grill kit I ordered 11 days ago still haven't arrived . On another note I think the Brake upgrade on the m-sport that I should have waited and had the performance red callipers as the Blue ones may look weird ,I'm not sure the disks are the same on M-sport vs Performance may be just replace the callipers . |

Hi Mate,
Was the car ordered on cash or Lease as looking to get one myself, so wondered what kind of discounts are available on these? Thanks |

In CH, lhd. Basically agreed on spec, just checking a further avenue for corporate discount first. But whatever the outcome, when I get a reply - order is going in.

Hi Dave ,
I got home around 5pm in the dark but will grab some pictures tomorrow in the day light . it feels much bigger the seats are very comfortable .Mineral grey looks darker than I can remember the 430 d engine with the 8sp is a lovely combination . I am very jealous off you having the opportunity to travel across europe in yours it will be a lovely place to be sitting on those long euro trips |

I would prefer the red callipers on a Mineral Grey to sort of match the coral red interior, if i was in the market to upgrade. I'm sure those are the M-Performance ones, with the bigger discs also.
I currently have the blue callipers to match the EB. |

Hey Scooba0010 - just wondered how the 430d was working out? Dying to hear some feedback on how this engine performs in the 4. Would be great to see some pics too if you can spare them

Hi PrinceBarin sorry for hi-jacking Scooba's thread but not seen him post any update to this one in a while - picked up my 430d a couple of weeks ago and I'm so impressed (came from a E92 325i) - almost every bit is just that little bit better and more complete than the E92. The engine is my first diesel, but matched with the Sport auto gearbox you just feel the constant power as it works though the box seamlessly - torque is just there and so accessible. The sport auto is even smoother than the 6spd auto in my E92. 50% better fuel consumption (46mpg) suits me well, but knowing the power is there - and the rate it will do 50-70 or more just makes me smile every time. Reservations if I have any are that the steering feel is a bit light unless in Sport mode (not as bad as an A**i but not far off), and I miss the drivers side glove box from my 325 - just need a new home for the sunglasses! It doesn't appear that there are too many 430d's in the UK right now (or at least not on here) mine was the first out from my dealer. Pics are still a work in progress while waiting for the weather to improve - only one so far below from pickup day.

Profile shot please @dhpjones!
Nice looking car, just seen one on the roads in London, although was parked near a dealer so was probably theirs. |
