Guys,
Any way of watching Sky GO from iPhone on the Pro Nav screen ?
Was sat in the car at the weekend
waiting for the kids to finish football and was watching Sky Sports on my phone when the thought occurred,
Your thoughts

I very much doubt it, the app doesn't even let you AirPlay to an Apple TV.

The first hurdle is getting any kind of video stream from the iPhone on to that screen.

If you can access the internet then yes. Just go to www.sky.com and log in. No difference to using a laptop.

The app might not work but if you can access the internet you can

I didn't realise the BMW internet browser was so advanced, a friend told me you could use google, load and read websites but flash/java applications didn't work particularly well, if at all.

You need Microsoft silverlight aswell for sky go so pretty sure it's not possible!

You can only watch sky go on a registered device. I suspect the browser in the car will show as being from Germany and so wouldn't allow to view it through the car due to this at it has to be a UK device.

You can't watch sky go outside the UK.
