angle eyes burn out

today is the 10th day that i have my car, only have 300 miles on it, and most time the driving is during day time. But my right side "two rings" angle eyes burn out, can you believe that? it's still almost a new car, don't you think so? Is this normal? or just something about luck? Thanks for every information.

if they both burnt out at the same time, it's probably a fuse and not the bulbs.
