Disappointing experience
I hope BMW listen and make radical improvements to the back office processes. They are selling this car in a new way with dealers only getting a handling fee there is no negotiation on price. My experience is that you are encouraged to deal with a central telephone team on various aspects of the process. I had a survey for a wallbox a month ago and no follow up. BMW have been keeping people in the dark re delivery dates which seem to be going backwards. They should be treating early adopters as partners in the process.
I have had enough and very regrettably have cancelled my order. |
