Has anybody came out with clear side markers for the e92 instead of painted?

umm if you had clear you'd be looking inside the wheel well, no? like having a hole in your car or something. And when you drive the dirt from the wheel spinning will stick to the back of the clear reflector and it'll be the same as having a brown reflector.

There's no electrical wiring and bulb in the reflectors though.

If the car came with clear ones then we would look to paint them... it never ends.

I like the look of no reflector, but that's just me. I guess clear is better than amber.

Try silver CF like mds82 (Marc) used for the corner reflectors on his E90 headlights.

painted > clear reflector.

imho, you want it to blend into the car, not to stick out.

I think clear would look better on AW. Still waiting impatiently for these to come out... Tough to get a good painted reflector match on AW and I'm too critical if it's one shade off I would probably take it out.

They wil probably look great on white, but ONLY on a white car. They don't look good at all on the black car in the pic.
