My new whip...a F30 EBII

My first bmw. Came from an old Camry to a Volvo s40 and now to a 335.
Of course I am liking it so far. Some pics of the new car:

Thinking of doing a few mods, need your guys input on what I should do with the wheels...

Huh? Not what he asked. But I beg to differ. EB is one of the best F30 colors IMO.

Keep it silver or black. Congrats on the new car.

I'd get 19" b4 I'd spend money on powdercoating.

+1, I don't think those wheels will look good in black on your car anyways, too small and not concave enough to pull off black on blue.

As ive seen before on the forum those wheels would look great in either silver or black(NOT WHITE)...with a drop and some spacers!

Great looking car - congrats! (The EB looks amazing)

I also really like the the stock 400M wheels, so I would hang onto them

It looks like you already installed painted front reflectors and mirrored turn signal bulbs, right? Those were my first mods as well. If tinted windows are your thing, that should look sharp too... Really not much else aesthetically that this car calls for. Personally I opted for the M Performance front splitter and rear diffuser, which really make the car stand out. And at some point I will mod the suspension a bit and lower the car about 1/2".

If you are thinking of beefing up performance a bit, then there are some other recommendations, of course. (wheel recommendations depend on your intentions here as well)

Rather than powder coating stock, you should get some 19's in black. That way if you get tired of the look you can always swap back to your stockers. Like someone else mentioned, the stock wheels in 18 wont really stand out that much in black.

Thanks man! Loving it so far

I actually got this 2nd hand from some guy in Queens. Don't know if he added mirrored signal bulbs, but yeah those are def painted reflectors.

It's got DHP and the MPerformance Pack.

Yeah, but I am definitely going to add a front splitter...possibly a rear diffuser or spoiler.

Really like CSL type wheels.

I say gunmetal wheels. That's what I plan on doing. I also like the stock 400m wheels.

You could sell the 400M's and go to moderately priced 19"s. Check out the member classifieds to gauge the market. Quite few get sold.

Wheels and brakes IMO are great upgrades if your going to throw a couple $1000 at the car.

Good point. Tint and leave the wheels alone, IMHO.
