4.8is to 320i 6 speed
Ive been toying with the idea of replacing my x5 4.8is with the 320. I got the truck used and out of factory warranty. I cant afford or should i say spend all my money on the higher level trim as I wanted to keep it around 35k.
I love my x5, but it has some negatives, which are low MPG, high maintenance since its out of warranty and the ride seems to be a little stiff....and because its a SUV, it seems to be top heavy over bumps. but i love the truck. my favorite suv ever. Pros of the 320 is its new with warranty, stick shift and with updated techs. cons, i dont really love the design of the f30. haven't test driven any so i cant comments on power. and Am I the only one who finds the silver matte trim piece on the dash etc,.. too loud? I find that the wood is way better looking and better blended than this. I think the pieces are too big and need to be broken up to make it looks nice.
