Unhappy Creativeautoworks

Got a set of hid fogs from Creative, quick responses, sale price as promised even though I live in Canada, fast shipping w/ tracking number provided. Overall great buy. Will install soon when I get the time.

Just one thing I was pissed was that UPS charged me 44 bucks for "brok fees" on the item, what the hell.

kit does not work

apparently, the kit sent out to most of us does not match the description of the GB and doesn't even work

I believe I called you today, however if I did not, we are currently working on the e90 problem. All of the E92's have not had any issues, however most if not all of our E90 customers have been having the bulb out warning. We are working on this and will easily send out the fix once we have it ready. We are sending one out today, and hope to have an answer or response by tomorrow. If it works, I will of course send out this capacitors to everyone who has gotten an error code.

yea James gave me a call yesterday, assured me that there would be a fix and I wouldn't be left hanging with the kit, really appreciated it, great customer service
