Does anybody know any shops that they do LED turn signal retrofit on 2012+ F30s? Dont like the LED bulbs, front LED bulb dies in weeks, rear LED bulbs flashes randomly like Moss code.

That's not normal... Something is faulty with your electrical system if they keep randomly break or flash rapidply/randomly. That is if I understand you correctly.

I bought 1156 or 1157 (i forgot which one) CAN Bus error free LED Bulb from superbrightleds.com. it should be no hyper, no random blink, but dont know why it happened on my car. do you have any ideas?

You said your rear LED flashes like moss code? First, I assume you mean Morse Code, and second, the brake lights/turn signals AREN'T LEDs. Not sure about the light tubes...

Then you say your front LED is dead. Well, do you mean the corona rings? If that's the case, go to the dealer. It's called warrantee.

I thought the corona LED's were new to the 2014 4er. I thought F30 had regular coronas?

LEDs will flash unless you code the cold/warm bulb check out. Check the coding forums or the LED thread.
