front/backup camera and/or front/back PDC
I know there are a lot of old posts regarding this online but I was going to ask if anyone has done a front/backup camera and/or front/back PDC retrofit on a recent bmw in Houston (2013 328i with Nav no pdc).
It looks like there are a few options for the backup camera kit: - bimmertech - modmynav - alekshop They all look similar (my wild guess is the same source - hoping not made in China  )... Any suggestions for me (otherwise I will go with the cheapest one among these 3)? Any suggestions for a shop here in Houston for the installation? Thank you for your feedback/suggestions in advance! |

Great question! I'm glad you asked because I'd love to get something myself. I've found a few local retailers that sell their own brand of solution, but I want something made for the F30. So far, the bimmertech is the closest thing I've seen.
I called my local BMW dealer to ask if they could put one in for me, and they said. "I don't know, let me check & call you back." They never called back. I'll be curious to see what everyone else says. Will |
