Are u sure u removed the white cap covering, before u start adjusting?

I removed the cap. Turned it once clockwise.. all the way. Nothing changed.

I was told that some sensor part could've been reversed when installed back after you lower it. It's around the control arm area.

That's as much as I know because my car has the same problem and will hope to get it solved on Monday.

You know there r two screws, one for horizontal alignment and one for vertical. There are a couple of threads with pics. I think the thread with pics is called "adjusting headlights" try searching for it. I followed it and it worked fine for me, but I don't have auto adjust so could be different not sure

How's the lowering? What did u use? Any pics?
