how do you turn on ur lights so only the COILS light up? or is that parking lights??

That is the parking lights.

And you must have Daytime Running Lights (DRL) off or the halogen bulbs would always be on all the time unless when your low beam is switched on.

DRL's... is there a way to turn those on and off?? I have noticed that my wifes do not come on during daytime driving...

Depends on the production date of the car. On the newer ones, you can go into your settings using the flipper on the turn signal arm to navigate to the menu and turn them off.

Anyone know if the Sept software update will add that funcitonality to the turn signal flipper on non-iDrives?
