E90 Chrome Grill for Black grill?

So anyway.. i just picked up a E90 325i SG and i have the OEM black grill.. anyone with a 330i or 335 E90 wanna trade grills + 20bucks??

same happened to me, i wanted the chrome kidney grills really bad so i just bought some 3m aluminum tape, took off the grills ,put the tape on and the results ...same 335i grills just look

looks niceee! im not sure how well the aluminum tape will stick on.. im thinking about the chrome trim stuff ya know? it sorta pops on and is self-adhesive.

i also thought that the tape wasn't strong enough ,so before buying the chrome kidney grill i decided to give it a try to the tape ,it was only $4.00 for the 3m. i've washed my car a couple of times and still is perfect.

my advise i to give it a try before buying the grill and if you don't like it go ahead and buy the original.
