Help: Removing Rear shelf in E92

I tried to remove the rear seats and parcel shelf in my E92 to install the rear manual sunshade. I had some difficulty with it. I looked up the DIY for the E90 DIY, and it is a bit different.

Has anyone removed this in their E92? I just dont want to get in there and break something while being a pioneer...

which part are you having difficulty removing, maybe I can help? I have an E90, and I've just removed the rear parcel shelf over the weekend, maybe I can give you some pointers if you tell me which part you're having problem removing
