It's started
Hope that this isn't the start of a tale of woe. I am 900 miles into a trip round Spain and have a 'chassis' problem warning on the screen with the message 'Drive moderately' and consult Service (or something similar). It occurred after switching into Sport mode.
Seems to be running as normal so will try and find a dealer today. 1000 miles to go so I am a bit wary. |

Did you do a proper break-in on the engine? Go over 4800 rpms?

My dashboard lit up like mission control with a few various errors including chassis stabilization/drivetrain/brake warnings once as I was coming to a stop.
Everything went away with a restart. I figure the cause was a low battery, since I had started using ASS again not too long before it happened (and I normally only take short trips). Hopefully this is the same for you, and there's no bigger issues... although if you're in the midst of a road trip, there should be plenty of charge. Wouldn't hurt to run without auto-start-stop for a little while and see if it helps the situation at all. |

Thanks for the thoughts. My stop / start has been converted to 'Last user mode' so it is not in action at all.
The fault has not shown at all today and is not in the 'log' either. However - I am sure it will be back. |
