OEM Touch Up paint online?

I have a jet black '12 F10 and need some touch up paint for chips...

Is there a site online that has OEM touch up kits for a better price than the dealer?

THANKS!

as someone mentioned above - Ebay has several BMW dealers that sell the OEM paint with free shipping... I got mine from a dealer in New Jersey.

If you have a lot of chips or pitting on the bumper or hood (road rash) Dr Color chip is supposed to be easier to apply to a larger area since its dab + smear.

If you have more minor chips or chips that are deep... OEM + Langka (www.langka.com) is supposed to work better since you can build up layers of the OEM touch up paint better than the thinner Dr Color chip paint.

I did a few chips on my hood with the OEM paint + Langka ... this combo worked well for me.

Hey JDM..

From Langka which products did you get... from what I understand I can use the OEM touch up and Blob eliminator after.

Do I need the pre-paint and paint sealant?

Hey SD - don't get all the other crap (cleaner, etc)... just get the blob eliminator by itself and use alcohol to prep the surface - http://www.langka.com/index.php/prod...lob-eliminator once you go to that webpage, select the Option menu, be sure to get the 2 oz bottle to save money cause you don't need that much and the bottle will last a long time.

save the money and get some albertos in mira mesa

good luck bud - J

Dr. Colorchip works really well. I guess it depends how deept the chip is. If you have a lot of little chips then Dr Colorchip will work just fine. If you have bigger gouges, then I would suggest a more tedious touch-up process. Here's a great video explaining a more in-depth touch-up process.

For minor and less pronounced chips, Dr. Colorchip is wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase a kit. Depending on your circumstances though, just research a bit more.
