Opinion on M-Sport colored thread

Hello all

I was inquiring on your opinion, I am getting the M-Sport/M3 steering wheel with the colored stitching and was asking if I should get the cover with the m badge or just stick with my cover (E92 with the metal accents, I have brushed aluminum trim) or even get the sedan's one that is all black Any opinions would be appreciated.

I'd go with plain black or ///M, as the pearl chrome accent doesn't really match the aluminum trim, but it's close enough that it just looks weird to me... and i'm not a big fan of chrome in general. Go with whatever best matches your shift knob.

By the way, the M-Sport wheel is perf leather; the M3 wheel has colored stitching! Two different cars! (rapidly growing pet peeve)

I like the cover with the badge but it's pricey. I don't mind the emblem on a non-m car since it's not a m3 emblem and it's a rather small thing most people would never notice. Just think M-Sport not M3.

Which makes sense, seeing as it's an M-Sport part and all

My personal feeling is you can't be a "poser" by adding parts that were actually options for your car. This a large part of why I think the M-Sport perf-leather controls are more appropriate for non-M cars, besides the fact that they look cool.

The ///M door sills are pushing it though, especially if you don't have the M-Sport aero kit that they came with from the factory.
