435

I've ordered a 435i in M sport guise and have agreed options and pricing. I've only got a few days left before the order is locked - problem is that I can't decide what colour to select. Just been reading E92perth's thread about colour so thought I'd pose the same question for the 4 series.

Current preferred choice is black sapphire metallic. Last two cars have been a black E46 325 coupe and an E92 335 in SBM - they both looked great and I don't mind the effort keeping them clean. But the alpine white pictured below looks pretty tidy, especially with the carbon front splitter (price still TBC on that option)

Not interested in other colours, it's either black or white. Estoril blue looks great in some of the pics but not keen on a blue car.

Anyone got any views either way?

Definitely white to show off those M performance accessories well. That picture says it all.

Hi Drew, just out of curiosity what are they asking for as a driveaway price for a 435 M-sport? I remember when the M-sports for e92's were available to order the price of my 335 was 130k with negotiation and few extras it went down to 125k.

similar sort of money ... about 118k on the road. it comes pretty well optioned so I've only added a few things like the brake upgrade and HUD. not much room for negotiation on a new model, especially given mine will be in the first batch off the boat.

Front splitter is cool. I like it better than the M4 concept pictures, which looks a bit over the top IMO. As far as I'm concerned BMWs only come in one colour.

The one in the picture is awesome! I would definitely go for it if I had such money to spend.
With the white one, all details on the car stand out!
I think white one requires less effort to keep it clean than black one.

Wrap the roof in gloss black (if the car comes with sunroof) too, and you will be the winner.
Change to cf roof if they offer such option.

I'd stick with black but that's a personal preference. The white definitely if you wish to show off the front splitter etc.

What does the brake upgrade consist of?

M sport brake upgrade I've optioned is 370mm front x 340mm rear with 4 spot pistons. you can also opt for the BMW performance upgrade which adds drilled/slotted discs and a choice of caliper colour.

I was joking.

I don't mind white even through my last three BMs have all been black.

You may want to consider black wheels.
