So after about 2 months of not having my e90, due to an accident that has taken the insurance company to deal with everything, I was supposed to get my car back today and my mechanic *family friend, told us he will smog the car for us. So he took it to the smog shop and the guy who does the smog drives the car up to the apparatus they use and somehow scratches my bumper!
 His lame excuse was that my car is too low! What? too low? my car has stock sport suspension! That idiot wont even cover the damage on the bumper and my mechanic is now incredibly aggravated that he has to take the car back to the shop and repaint the bumper. And i still don't have my car......  |

Dude that sucks! I would be mad too! But is there really nothing you can do about it? Can you call your insurance company again or the police? Something? Lol I don't know..

not much i can do, my mechanic who was doing body work on my car decided he will just redo the front bumper because he cant give me a scratched car. So to make matters worse, i was driving the car home after it was fixed and the ac compressor blows out. just my luck :/ well, back to the shop
