Engine malfunction p30ff. Cleared codes. Can't get code to pop back up after multiple pulls. Cobb real time data boost hits 19.2 but vacuum only 0.1 Any advice?

Vaccum leak - check vaccum lines, start from under the two solenoids going over to the engine side behind oil filter housing - then check over the solenoids to turbo actuators ... I bought 2 meters to replace, it was leaking under the engine cover

Thats an indication they're brittle and leaking - you'd have to cut them from the nipple and rip them out, make suer u buy ones to replace before you do that though

I would check the two vacuum lines that run from the tube next to the airbox past the oil filter housing over to two hard lines that run under the plastic engine cover. Those are known to get brittle and crack. Mine did and I had the same code.

Check the hard plastic tubing where it connects to the tube running under the intake manifold. Mine had a hairline crack on the locking tab portion, causing vacuum to escape under heavy load (in my case 15psi). I put a zip tie around the clip holding it in place and no more problems. This was after exhausting all other options.. Waste gate check, solenoids, tanks, lines (all), swapping vanos solenoids and cleaning them, and a full check of all connections both hot and cold. It was by coincidence I found it
