Warrenty Question

I found a bmw at a non bmw dealership (Nissan) that I am interested in. The car is an 08 with little under 22k miles so the warranty is up. The dealership says car comes with a 90 day warranty through their dealership. Does anyone know if i Can get an extended warranty through bmw or get the car CPO'd? Thanks

You can only get third party now. CPO'd vehicles are only sold through the dealership. Also, you spelled warranty wrong.

I just realized, the last owner bought the car from a BMW dealer As a CPO. Would that mean the CPO is still in place does anyone know? New car is 4/50k and CPO gets an addition 2yr/50k. The car is an 08 built in 06/08 and has 21k miles currently. Technically would be a year left on the CPO. Even though car being bought from a non BMW dealer, the CPO should stay valid ?

Yes, CPO should transfer from owner to owner as long as it is in the specified warranty range.
