Right, it is because of the airbox on the 335. I was under the impression that if you are running a DCI, you should be good.

Guess I don't know what point you're trying to make?

I understand the applications it can be used for - there is only ONE version of this CF brace, so the referenced Tischer brace is the very same one for sale here - hence the price comparison...

These are no good for 135 or 335 fitment if you're using the stock airbox - obviously it's working on the seller's 135 as seen in pics, because he has aftermarket intake

The CF brace for the 1 series is the very same part number & on sale for the same amount:

Im only going off the notes man! the brace advertised by tischer says NOT for 335 models. i didnt look any further bc i dont even want to speculate fitment.
