Customization WITHOUT iDrive?
Well, with my non-iDrive on order, I was wondering just how much (if any...) customization can be done by an owner... Lighting options, comfort access options, seat memory matched to an individual key, radio presets, etc.

My 330xi doesn't have iDrive and I can set all of those things myself. As long as the car is made after September, you should have no problem.
They include (this is as best as I can remember). Drive away locking, driver or all doors opening on unlock, signal (lights flash) when locking/unlocking, seat memory, Pathway lighting, Turn signal control (single blink or tripple blink on a tap left or right), DRLs. There is obviously the control of units on the car (Fuel consumption, distance, temperature), time and date display format.... You get the idea
