Did anyone get the US DVD with their Nav?

I was looking through the E90 brochure today and saw a sentence that was in smaller print that said it came with the US nav dvd. Just trying to find out if this is true or maybe I can get something out of the dealer.

You should get the DVD with the Nav system. The dealer provides it during the prep of the car before delivery to you.

Comes with your purchase. Navi won't work without the DVD.

plus $80/year for annual update (or keep existing DVD for a few years and pay nothing)

$80 is cheap

a single NAV DVD usually costs around 270 Euro

You must talk to Navtec about the data costs, not BMW. BMW doesnt make the data DVD's
