Instrument panel

I just got a 2013 335is, and the car is great but the instrument panel leaves something to be desired. The gauges are not "back lit" and are very hard to see on a bright day. Even with the dash lights on it still isn't very clear.
Anyone know of an adjustment of mod that makes the gauges a little more easy to see?
