When I drive through a bump
there will be some annoying rattle on top of my head
piss me off
it looks like the sun blocker
i push it to the top it stop
if i just leave it there
the rattles are back
I am so pissed :mad:

I've got rattles in the dash in the roof and my rear suspension squeeks constantly. I'm tired of driving with the radio on too. I get so pissed with crap like that no matter who the manufacturer is. I had problems with my Audi, my Mazda, my Acura and now my BMW.
Who makes a solid car - Lexus ?

No one does. I for one had the similar but opposite experiences - no rattles on my Acura Integra until it hit year 4, no rattles with the Audi until year 3 and so far no rattles with the BMW.

I expect rattles eventually, we live in a pothole infested, bump enabled City.

i found a new rattle this moring.

I was driving to work afdter the first snow of the year.

I let the car warm up for a few minutes and set the heating to auto so the car could figure out what fan speed to use etc.

as im driving (keeping rpms below 2500) there is a high-pitched whirring sound. at first i thought it was coming over the radio...but then i slowed the fan down and the noise went away. after that i started to fiddle with the fan and i found that if the speed is above the halfway mark the noise comes back.

and i could still hear this over the radio.

Rattles will always be there unless you drive air, learn to re-focus.
