It would be even worse if you had huge scratches on your car, on a previous black gti I got a couple pretty noticeable scratches on one side from a car wash... car washes are tempting but I've learned to stay away

This is why no one touches my car but me...being lazy is not worth it just wash it yourself.

I pay the extra money for a hand wash. But then usually I'm too cheap for that so I just wash it myself. lol. It's the safest way.

I never put my car through those so called" Touchless " washes. Consider yourself lucky because it could've been worse. The emblem doesn't cost much. I have always hand washed my car.
