Please, help to figure out a problem.
I'm goin to describe a problem with hose in my BMW 325i 2006: Since I have changed all six spark plugs and coil ignition in my car I have seen the torn hose behind my engine. I notice it once I opened air filter and cover of my engine. I have been looking to replace it buy I couldn't find the right place to order it. I have attached two photos. If anyone deal with this kind of problem or know where I can find a solution please let me know. Thank you for your response! |

Go to Realoem.com
I rebuilt BMWs so I will help out. Subscribed. Also, call BMW dealer parts dept. Give them the last 7 of your VIN. Then ask for their e-mail address and send them these pictures. Ask them what it is. If they don't tell you... Call another dealer. Also get me the part number. Once you have it, you will be able to see where to where it goes and how big if a job it is. Regards, DN |

See they is the issue, sometimes from real oem diagrams you can't tell if this is the part or not, especially hoses.
So ask the dealer. Also, if that is rodent damage, than there must be more. Buy some green food for them. DN |

You can just change the one hose. The problem is that it has a wire that goes to a connector in the back of the intake manifold. It will be difficult to remove the existing wire and install the new one without unbolting the IM.
If I'm wrong, let me know! I'm about to replace mine as well. |
