Are 19x8.5 M6 replicas with a 38 offset not going to fit my '07 335i Sedan?

They would be okay for the front but will tuck in a lot in the rear and wont look too good.

the spacers would take care of it but the wheel isnt wide enough IMO.But it will work. good luck. 10-12 mm re spacers.

would the rear look like factory? I have 161s w/ 8.5" diameter and it sits in alittle as well. Thanks

They'll fit no problem. You can even go staggered with an et30 on them for more flush look - and avoid a spacer. If you want same size all around it will be fine as well, as mentioned it will look more stock OEM like with the 19x8.5 ET38 on the rears.
