I'm looking to purchase an e46 m3. Has to be a coupe Has to be a manual transmission Mid to low mileage $25,000 being the maximum budget I really am looking for LSB or Phoenix yellow but am open to anything. Thank you guys again, and I apologize for having it on the wrong thread, but hope that maybe one is out there somewhere. Aventador97 |

Oh you're in Kentucky so this might be hard. In NJ there are a ton of small dealers who deal with mostly imports. Occasionally they will have a E46 M3.
here is one in NY http://www.carsforsale.com/used_cars...M3_194323869_4 actually there is quite a few of them at Hampton Exotics in NY http://www.carsforsale.com/used_cars_for_sale/BMW_M3 Oh and FYI the e46 M3 only came in manual. |

For $25K you should have no problem finding 05-06 M3. Probably not going to be LSB or Phoenix Yellow though. Make sure you do a PPI and find out if the inspection 2 was done including valve adjustment. I'd suggest 2003.5 or newer. http://m3.madrussian.net/modelinfo.shtml is a good site for info on e46 M3 that is not overwhelmed with info. Good luck, it's a fun car. I still miss mine from time to time. You should however drive a convertible M3 with top down before you get the coupe, unless you're getting it for track.

On the contrary to what others have posted... you are in KY you are in luck as you are close to Cincinnati where the best dealer and experts in e46 M3 sell top cars. Look at enthusiast auto group.

Unfortunately, the M3 I went to look isn't going to work out. That being said the search goes on and I appreciate any help from you guys I can get. I might stop by the enthusiasts auto group on the way home.
