H29D0 & H30ED codes Help

Hey all, I just had a Machanic replace two coils, drove home and all seemed ok, however; I ran my Cobb AP to check for possible codes and this is what I found. What do these codes mean?
H29D0 & H30ED

Before you say, I did search and found nothing... Please help.

Thanks

Nm. 29D0 is a misfire code. Cylinder #4. Not sure about the other one.
