Hey guys after reading several posts about seals rotting and drying out I was wondering is there anything we can apply to them.

Krytox is better, but crazy money, gummi Pflege is the next best and more affordable!

This is true. In Nordic Kat's hardtop maintenance writeup, she mentions a combination of both, depending upon the part. I'm pretty sure OP doesn't have an E93 though

Any silicone grease will do (Super Lube, Syl Glyde...), but Gummi Pflege is the "right stuff". Don't use any non-silicone grease.
