P29D0 code after cobb install

Hey guys. I am wondering if someone can help or point me in the right direction.
I have installed:
5" intercooler
Downpipe w/ high flow cat
DCI
Cobb St2+ sport

I Also just installed new spark plugs at 56k miles. (I have 61k miles now).

Last night I tried the cobb software St2+Sport and on my way to work, this morning, the car started shuddering hard, and shaky at idle, like a 1969 muscle car. I turned the car off and then on again, and the problem fixed itself. I checked codes and I got a code of P29D0 which is Misfire, Cylinder 4. HOW?! What am I doing wrong?!
Someone please help. Thank you. Im kinda stressed.

A misfire while idling is most likely due to a burnt coil pack. Swap coils and see if the misfire follows.

Thanks. I actually just called cobb, and they said the same. I will try that.
I have 61k on original coils.
Whats normal lifetime of a coil?

There's no real "lifetime" for coils, but they do break more often when tuned. I get mine on ebay. You should be able to get them for $40.
