My Performance Spoiler Arrived

or what i thought was a performance spoiler, it's the low kick version

which I was willing to live with, I figured it would still look good, that was till I unwrapped it and saw that it had a huge crack in it

i filed a claim with FedEx and emailed the seller, I guess I'll still install it because this could take weeks to resolve, but it looks like I'll be getting money back from FedEx after talking to them on the phone

They should send you a replacement at no charge, Same thing happened with my front lip when I ordered it came with a crack and they sent me another one

he just emailed me back, i asked him to ship me the high kick one that I ordered lol

i hate those people. they have pictures of the high kick and then it's the low kick.

i've ordered two of them and flipped out the second time. it's seriously ridiculous. I was like why the fuck would you put up a picture of a different product? I told the guy I was going to complain to ebay about it and he refunded me $50. It was still annoying and I'm still kind of angry about it.

Yep thats ebay for you, glad you getting refunded but seriously though if you want a hassle free with the high kick performance spoiler just go buy the OEM one at the dealership.

Most of the ebay sellers dont know anything about this car or even have a clue of the differences between low/high kick...they just find a niche market the know they can make money on...

OP, id paint it black to match your car and keep it as well as demanding a new one.

I was thinking about just wrapping in matte black but I just threw it on my car until the other one gets here, it hasn't really started bothering me yet. But i'm sure it will soon lol

thanks, I have to take pictures of the spoiler with the box next to it so they can match up where the box is bent and where the spoiler cracked

he finally emailed me back and now i have to take pictures of the spoiler next to the box to show that its bent in the same spot the spoilers broken, i just want them to send me a new one already
