Seriously, where the F is v2?
is anyone else tired of this crap? i mean if this was any other vendor people would be calling for a crucification, so many broken promises, so many dates pushed back, so much BS.
yet everyones still seems to be more than happy with the prospect of licking the vishnu crews feet? wheres the critical point were everyone get some sense and starts question this crap? |

tell me abt it..i am also waiting for it. Had some small intermittent problems with my V1.47 and visnu sent me another new harness. Kudos! But i aint installing the procede till V2. I think V2 has better interoperability with the cars fail safe parameters. Its worth the wait still. Though Shiv and dates are something that dont go along well. Its an indian thing too. I know better. I'm like that too! Haha..

You know, I see a bunch of people calling out for the 'crucification of Vishnu.' It appears many on this forum have voiced their concern. I have not seen any punches pulled in regards to any of the vendors customer service.
If people were that concerned, they should cancel their orders. If you aren't willing to cancel your order for the delay, then you can't be all that serious. My VS7 rims are months late, but I still want them. No sense in complaining. I am not going to join any crusade to complain about ephemeral shipping dates. I would like better communication, but I'm not about to give up my order slot. My car is fast now with the PROceed, but I don't have much use for fast in the snow, so I'm not going to complain about shipping. Nor do I want a nice set of 19" rims to navigate the salt-laden streets of NE Ohio. |

I think that vishnu owes us some sort of update. EVEN IF YOURE LATE. I don't see the point of not updating us when people have started paying already.
A simple blog would work wonders for them. Drop us a line, say "hey guys, the software isn't user friendly yet, I'll update you in 3 days." Something like that... |

Calvin just e-mailed me stating I'm number 140 in line. On October 19th (4 weeks ago) I was 202 in line. These numbers are not order numbers, so save your smart ass answers! I have remained nuetral and have not attacked anyone or kissed their ass for that matter. However, I would like to take this time to appolagize for those who have spoken up and stood up to the BULLSHIT business deals conducted via Vishnu. I too have been burned in the past but have not spoken up for fear of bad service but since it is already worse what the hell do I have to lose. "Well if you don't like it shop somewhere else." These sorts of comments is actually what further fuels this atroscious or non-existant customer service. However, if it makes you Vishnu ASS Kissers happy, I will wait for V2 delivery (since I have waited this long) and then shop somewhere else in the future. If 50 units per week have been sent out the last 3 weeks and before they were made by hand I should be in the next batch not 140 in line. They claim there is no preferential treatment but the something is going on here because the math does't lie
I expect Shiv or someone to defend themselves which is fair but please do NOT offer me any reconciliation because the damage is already done. I sent an e-mail trying to find out were I stood and ALL I was told is "140" and no explanation as to why the electrical egineers can't add. Again I am sorry for not defending those who were also screwed and flamed by the groupies. I probably will end up at the end of the list but I have to stand up for what I believe is right. This goes beyond bad business, it's just disrespectful. You world seams out of balance Vishnu team, and it is ironic considering you name. |

No sense in voicing what you believe to be right if you don't expect to enact change. No change will be enacted so long as the vendor won't suffer any consequences. Lack of revenue due to canceled order is a negative consequence. Cancellation of order speaks significantly louder than venting frustrations on a forum.

Word of mouth works if it actually causes other people to buy or not buy. I don't think anyone else has canceled their order due to delays for RR, Vishnu, or Morr.
I know I haven't. |
