Is This 07 335i Coupe Price Good?

Hi, im new to the forum. This is an 07 335i coupe with premium and sports package and 60k mile. It is not CPO and has a clean carfax with 2 prev. owners. The place is asking for $20,000.

I'd say pretty good.. Maybe a little high? A year ago I bought an 07 with 28k miles and similar packages. I thought I paid a bit more than I should have but whatever. Is it a manual? That'd make a difference too.
