question on tires for 19s

i have an xi 4 door 328xi .. i have stance wheels 19x8.5 et 35 all four corners. can i go with a 245/35 or a 245/40 ?? will any of those rub? im currently running 235/35 right now.. just figured id ask with the other tire specs ..thanks

stock height...i want meetier tire cuz the roads by me sucks
