Looking for cheap OBD gauge. Ultragauge?

Hi. I am interested in getting a gauge to measure mainly turbo boost. Since I have a Cobb AP (flash rather than piggyback), I believe that somewhat accurate boost can be measured via OBD without tapping into vac lines. Based on my current situation:

1. I do not want to spend too much $$ ($150 max) as in.. no P3 or other $$ gauges/OBD tools.
2. Cannot/Do not want to use BT OBD dongle + torque app.

I came across the ultragauge, (http://www.ultra-gauge.com/ultragauge/index.htm) and I was wondering if this reads turbo boost for our cars. Also, does it shut off when the car turns off? Any info regarding this product would be much appreciated.

I tried using Cobb AP for boost gauge with vent holder, but plugging/unplugging before after use is a hassle. I also, tried Garmin Ecoroute HD, but the gauges are very very limited and does not have a boost gauge.

Thank you for your input.

It's outside of your budget a bit, but you may check out the offering from PLX, their DM-100 OBD gauge would probably fit your needs.
